1. What we are

BestArabJobs.com is a job listing platform. We are not a recruitment agency or employer. We do not guarantee any job, visa, salary or outcome, and we are not a party to any agreement between a jobseeker and an employer or agency.

2. For jobseekers

• Using BestArabJobs is free. We never ask jobseekers for payment.
• Before accepting an offer, check the employer and any agency yourself. A registered agent’s licence can be checked on the Government of India’s eMigrate portal. Under India’s Emigration Rules, a registered agent may charge a service fee of no more than ₹30,000 plus GST, with a receipt.
• Give true information when you apply.

3. For employers and agencies

• Post only real, currently open vacancies with honest salary and benefits.
• Agencies must hold a valid MEA Recruiting Agent licence and show its number.
• Do not charge candidates anything beyond what the law allows, and never for an interview or an offer letter alone.
• Use candidate data only to recruit for the job it was sent for, and protect it.
• We may edit, reject or remove any job, and refuse service, at our discretion.

4. Paid services for employers

Posting is free. Optional paid plans unlock applications beyond the first 10 for a job. Fees are shown before payment and are non-refundable once the sheet has been unlocked, unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Content and accuracy

Job details come from employers, agencies and public sources. We review listings but cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or up to date. Salary conversions into rupees are approximate.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BestArabJobs is not liable for losses arising from the use of this site, from any job listing, or from dealings between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [YOUR CITY] shall have jurisdiction.
