Hire from India — post your Gulf vacancy free
For Gulf employers and licensed Indian recruitment agencies. Reach Indian jobseekers across every trade, and receive applications in your own Google Sheet.
How it works
-
Post your job — free. Fill in the Post a Job form: role, country, salary, benefits, and how candidates should apply.
-
We review it. Every vacancy is checked before it goes live. Agencies must give their MEA Recruiting Agent (RA) licence number.
-
Your job goes live on BestArabJobs, in Google job search, and on our job alerts.
-
Applications arrive in your own Google Sheet, with each candidate’s phone, passport status, experience, current location and CV. You also get an email for each application.
What it costs
Posting a job is free, and your first 10 applications per job are free. If a job receives more, the extra applications are held safely and you can unlock the full sheet with one of these plans:
Indian agencies pay in rupees; employers outside India pay in US dollars. Prices are per job.
Our rules for every vacancy
- The job must be real and currently open, with an honest salary and benefits.
- Recruitment agencies must hold a valid MEA licence and show its number on the job.
- Any fee charged to a worker must stay within the legal limit under India’s Emigration Rules (currently a maximum of ₹30,000 plus GST for a registered agent), with a receipt. Jobs that ask candidates for anything more, or for money for an interview or offer letter, are removed.
- We may ask for documents to verify your company. Verified employers get a “Verified” badge.
