Who we are

BestArabJobs.com (“we”, “us”) is a job listing website for jobs in Gulf countries. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

When you apply for a job or register interest

• Name, mobile/WhatsApp number and email (if given)
• Current country and city, passport status and emigration category (ECR/ECNR)
• Work experience and last job title
• Your CV, if you upload one

When you post a job

• Company or agency name, contact person’s email and phone, website, agency licence number, and company logo

When you contact us

• Your name, email, optional phone number and your message

Automatically

Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• Applications to employer-posted jobs are shared with that employer or agency, by email and in a Google Sheet shared only with the employer’s email address.
• Registering interest on jobs our team has listed saves your details with us so we can share similar jobs with you. It does not send your application to that employer.
• To send you a confirmation email, reply to your messages, and keep the site safe from fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your information is stored

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Application data is stored in Google Sheets and Google Drive (Google LLC). These providers may process data outside India under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for up to 12 months after a job closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Employers may keep the copies they received under their own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work (for example, remembering your language choice). If we add analytics or advertising in future, we will update this policy.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
